NEW-0402 can provide excellent degassing effect when used in porous surface of cast iron , and has outstanding abrasion resistance and smoothness. In paint or ink application, it is best to make with a small amount of concentrated slurry spare paint. When used in water-based paint or ink system, you should make a small amount of thick slurry by using resin emulsion and surfactant under sufficient shear conditions. Before putting it into production, dilute it gradually with de-ionized water to the desired concentration.
