- In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
- Usually by way of a direct high-speed stirring, it dispersed in solvent-based coatings and printing inks.
- It can be added through the use of a variety of grinding machines, high-shear dispersing device, and the use of grind mill. Must pay attention to the control of the temperature.
- For a pre-dispersing treatment, a concentration of 20-30% wax dispersion can be performed first. It is added into the system when needed, thus reducing the time of wax dispersion.
