National Aerospace Supply NA 250R is a unique orange release film for use in the food, medical, and industrial markets. This film has excellent heat and puncture resistance as well as great tear resistance.

National Aerospace Supply NA 1150 is used as the release layer in the lay-up of vacuum-bag molds for advanced composites structures. Unmatched tear strength plus non-stick release properties enable NA 11500 film to reduce production rejects as well as set-apart since it yields at least 25 percent more surface area per pound than FEP films.

National Aerospace Supply NA 1400-1 is a gold tinted, heat-stabilized film produced from nylon 6 resin. NA1400 is designed to be used as a high temperature vacuum bagging film for cure cycles up to 400°F.

National Aerospace Supply NA 2500 is a high-temperature films will release from all common resin systems including epoxy polyimide and phenolics. On many lay-ups MR film can be reused, thus producing substantial cost savings. The high elongation of this film will readily overcome bridging. MR film provides excellent release from critical contour lay-ups. MR film outperforms FEP film in temperature, cost, and reusability.

National Aerospace Supply NA 1450 is a transparent blue color-tinted, heat-stabilized film produced from nylon 66 resin. NAI450 is the highest use temperature nylon film available. It is designed to be used as a high temperature vacuum bagging film for cure cycles up to 450°F.

National Aerospace Supply NA 1100 is a high temperature, high elongation release film made from a modified fluorinated polymer. NA 1100 will release from all types of laminating resins including epoxies, Phenolics, polyesters, Bismaleimides and Polyimide during cure cycles up to 450°F. NA 1100 is the ideal release film for oven, autoclave and press cure processes.
