TNF-α, the most relevant cytokine in the human inflammatory system is induced by the LPS treatment in this in-vivo model. The addition of KYŪRI extract clearly eliminate the inflammatory activity of LPS.
Tests on 3-D human skin model
The model skin was exposed to chemical and UV damage and the cell vitaility was measure with and without KYURI. A can be seen on the graphs on the right side the skin treated with KYURI shows a great increase of cell vitality: KYURI has a strong repairing effect.
In-Vivo clinical tests
performed two complete in-vivo clinical tests on healthy human subjects at the University of Pavia Pharmacology Department. The test have been designed to study the effects of KYURI on chemically and IR (Infra-Red) irritated skins. The tests measured the Erythema index and demonstrated clearly the strong soothing effect of KYURI.
