Keratin is a natural and essential component of the air that makes up and regulates the hair structure. Due to the affinity of Sericine with keratin the two molecules bind easily and NaturSerin gives body and elasticity to the air, strengthening it and improving its combiability. Not only NaturSerin can your hair grow stronger, but is moisture binding so moisture retention is increased and able to reduce breakage.

NaturSerin is a cosmetic ingredient for skin and hair care products. NaturSerin can beprocessed either with warm (< 80ºC) or cold, and should be incorporated into the aqueous phase of a cosmetic formulation. Compatible with ethanol. For hair and skin care preparations, the addition of 2 to 5% NaturSerin is recommended.

- Tricological Evaluation of Elasticity and Wet-combing Properties
The purpose of the test consists in evaluating the effects of the product at 3% on the intrinsic physical properties of human hair. The test includes dynamometric measurement of the forces underwent by standardized hair locks during wet combing and the evaluation of the force at break on single hairs.
