NANOMYTE® SR-100 is a two-component liquid coating that provides abrasion and scratch resistance to plastic substrates. It forms a ceramic-like hard surface that is needed in a variety of industrial and consumer applications, such as ophthalmic & sportswear lenses, automobile, airplane windows, and 3D printed parts. SR-100 is thermally cured and can be applied on surfaces using standard coating processes, such as dip-coating, spray coating, and spin-coating.

NANOMYTE® SuperCN is a durable, highly hydrophobic coating for a variety of surfaces, such as metal, plastic, glass, painted surfaces, and fabrics. The patent-pending coating has a unique combination of properties that includes hydrophobicity and oleophobicity, with specifically good adhesion to metals, superior abrasion, and erosion resistance.

NANOMYTE® UVP-100 is a two-component liquid coating that provides UV protection and abrasion resistance to plastic substrates. The coating composition comprises of highly efficient UV-absorbing ingredient that essentially blocks 90% of UV radiation with wavelength < 375 nm. The coating forms a highly transparent, ceramic-like hard surface that is needed in a variety of industrial and consumer applications. UVP-100 is thermally cured and can be applied on surfaces using standard coating processes, such as dip-coating, spray coating, and spin-coating.

NANOMYTE® TC-5001 is a single component formulation designed to protect zinc plated and galvanized steel from corrosion and degradation. The product is a hard, dense nanocomposite coating that provides barrier protection for the alloy surface. The coating resists scratching and chipping, and strongly adheres to the substrate. The formulation is designed to meet customers’ requirements for film thickness and curing conditions.

NANOMYTE® TC-4001-UVP is a single component formulation designed to protect metals and other surfaces from degrading, preserving their structural integrity and appearance. The hard, dense, and smooth coating is a nanostructured composite consisting of organic and inorganic phases. It resists scratching and chipping and adheres strongly to bare, pretreated, or painted metal surfaces, thus providing a durable barrier to liquids and gasses. A variety of other surfaces may be coated as well, such as plastics and composites. The coating is easily applied by immersion, spraying or brushing, in thicknesses ranging from microns to mils, and is available in glossy or matte finishes.

NANOMYTE® SR-100EC is a three-part transparent, micron-thick, liquid coating that provides both scratch resistance and easy-to-clean properties to a variety of surfaces. The surface treatment is mechanically robust, is highly repellent to water and oils, and enhances lubricity. It can be applied to plastics (such as polycarbonate, PMMA, PET, polyurethane, & epoxy) as well as metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass and chrome). SR-100EC is thermally cured and ideally suited for optical lenses, touch screen protectors, stainless steel appliances, hand rails, and faucets.

Electrospun PVDF-HFP is an ultrafine mat of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) produced by electrospinning. This product is a free standing flexible sheet with microstructural features not available from a bulk material. The fine scale of fiber diameters produces a membrane material with an inherently high surface area to volume ratio. The interconnected irregular shape pores within the fibers largely increases the pore volume (porosity) and accessible surface area.
