NANOMYTE® SuperAi is a nanocomposite coating that imparts anti-icing properties to the underlying substrate. The transparent coating also provides a hard, dense and smooth finish. Surfaces treated with SuperAi exhibit reduced ice adhesion, thereby preventing ice buildup. SuperAi can be applied to a variety of substrates, including plastics, metals, glass, and ceramics. In some instances, a suitable primer may be required for maximum adhesion of the anti-ice coating. The coating can be cured at room temperature.

NANOMYTE® MEND 1000-UVP is a thermally-induced, self-healing coating with UV protective properties. When scratched or damaged, the 2-part coating’s self-healing function is activated upon application of a small amount of heat, such as from hot water or a hair dryer, to restore the surface back to its original appearance. MEND 1000-UVP is enhanced with NEI’s UV-Protect (UVP) technology, which blocks UV radiation and protects coated surfaces from the harmful effects of sun and weather exposure. The addition of UVP helps maintain the unique properties of the coating when subjected to long-term outdoor exposure, while preserving the underlying material’s strength, coating adhesion, and appearance.

NANOMYTE® SR-200EC is a transparent, highly hydrophobic, two-part liquid coating that results in relatively thin coatings with an easy-to-clean functionality. The thermally cured coating is mechanically robust, highly repellent to water and oils, and enhances lubricity, however the key aspect is that the coating is free of fluorinated materials and environmentally sustainable.

NANOMYTE® MEND 3000 is a solventborne, ambient cure, self-healing coating. The 2-part coating involves a unique phase-separated morphology that facilitates the delivery of the self-healing agent to the damage site (such as a scratch or crack) thereby restoring the coating appearance & function. The coating’s self-healing function is activated upon the application of a small amount of heat for several seconds with a simple device, such as a household hair dryer, or even hot water.

SR-100RT is a single component product that is easily applied by dip, spray, or brush techniques. The coating can be cured at room temperature.

NANOMYTE® SR-100 is a two-component liquid coating that provides abrasion and scratch resistance to plastic substrates. It forms a ceramic-like hard surface that is needed in a variety of industrial and consumer applications, such as ophthalmic & sportswear lenses, automobile, airplane windows, and 3D printed parts. SR-100 is thermally cured and can be applied on surfaces using standard coating processes, such as dip-coating, spray coating, and spin-coating.

The patent-pending coating has a unique combination of properties that includes hydrophobicity and oleophobicity, with specifically good adhesion to metals, superior abrasion, and erosion resistance.

NANOMYTE® MEND 2000 is a solventborne, self-healing coating that heals at room temperature. The 2-part coating involves a unique phase-separated morphology that facilitates the delivery of the self-healing agent to the damage site (such as a scratch or crack) thereby restoring the coating appearance & function. When the coated surface is scratched or cracked, self-healing is initiated at room temperature or can be accelerated at higher temperatures (> 40°C).

NANOMYTE® SAF-200 is a fast-cure anti-fog coating. The product is sold as a two-part liquid coating composition. It is amenable to spray, dip, flow, roll and gravure coating processes. The coating can be cured in 2-5 minutes at a temperature range of 80 – 120 °C.

NANOMYTE® SR-100EC is a three-part transparent, micron-thick, liquid coating that provides both scratch resistance and easy-to-clean properties to a variety of surfaces. The surface treatment is mechanically robust, is highly repellent to water and oils, and enhances lubricity. It can be applied to plastics (such as polycarbonate, PMMA, PET, polyurethane, & epoxy) as well as metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass and chrome). SR-100EC is thermally cured and ideally suited for optical lenses, touch screen protectors, stainless steel appliances, hand rails, and faucets.

The coating composition comprises of highly efficient UV-absorbing ingredient that essentially blocks 90% of UV radiation with wavelength < 375 nm. The coating forms a highly transparent, ceramic-like hard surface that is needed in a variety of industrial and consumer applications. UVP-100 is thermally cured and can be applied on surfaces using standard coating processes, such as dip-coating, spray coating, and spin-coating.

NANOMYTE® SuperCN Plus is a superhydrophobic coating for a variety of surfaces, such as metal, plastic, glass, painted surfaces, and fabrics. Surfaces treated with SuperCN Plus force liquids to bead up and roll off, shedding water instantly and leaving the surface completely dry.
