Transparent as well as filled or pigmented PVC plastisol formulations
- Application
NEWOTEC®020 accelerates the deaeration of PVC plastisols, especially in formulations for transparent top coats.NEWOTEC®020 has its best effect when it is added to the liquid components of the plastisol before stirring in the solid ingredients like PVC powder or filler. The incorporation of fine-dispersed air bubbles will be reduced considerably also during the preparation of the plastisol. This leads to afaster deaeration of the plastisol before processing.

0.5 to 1 phrWe strongly recommend to carry out own lab tests in order to determine the optimum dosage, especially when more than 1 phr is added
