Transparent as well as filled or pigmented PVC plastisol formulations
- Application
NEWOTEC®022accelerates the deaeration of PVC plastisols, especially in formulations for transparent top coats.NEWOTEC®022has its best effect when it is added to the liquid components of the plastisol before stirring in the solid ingredients like PVC powder or filler. The incorporation of fine-dispersed airbubbleswill be reduced considerably also during the preparation of the plastisol.This leads to a faster deaeration of the plastisol before processing.
- Use Concentration
0.5 to 1 phrWe strongly recommend to carry out own lab tests in order to determine the optimum dosage, especially when more than 1 phr is added.
