Filled PVC formulations, especially with high filler load
- Application
NEWOTE& 308 must be added to the liquid components during
the preparation of the plagisol. The plastisol will then maintain a
reduced viscosity when the filler or other solid ingredients are
added.
NEWOTECU 308 leads to a homogeneous dispersan of solids in
the plastisol, prevents the formation of agglomerates and
guarantees a free410wing plastisol in production.- Use Concentration
lowest: 1% referring to the weight of the filler content
highest: 4 phr
We strongly recommend to carry out own lab tests in order to
determine the optimum dosage, espec'ally when more than 4 phr
are added.
