Applications & Uses

Fields of Application

Solvent based and aqueous plastic formulations

Application

NEWOTEC®511 must be added slowly under low/medium shear mixing. High shear rates during addition must be avoidedas they may result in a poor effect. Therefore, NEWOTEC®511 should always be added to the ready-mixed formulation. Do not process the formulation on grinding mills or with high shear rates after the addition of NEWOTEC®511

Use Concentration

Recommended addition level is 0.5 to 3.0%, calculated on the weight of the ready-mixed formulation. We strongly recommend to carry out own lab tests in order to determine the optimum dosage, especially when more than 3.0%are added.
