NEXA® PFX 8058

The compound NEXA® PFX 8010 is an excellent chemical resistant Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM). It has been designed for very demanding sealing applications in aggressive chemical environments. PFX 8010 can withstand very aggressive conditions, such as almost all chemical species, hot organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, esters, alcohols, fuels and water steam up to 210°C.

The compound NEXA® PFX 8014 is an excellent chemical resistant Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM). It has been designed for very demanding sealing applications in aggressive chemical environments. PFX 8014 can withstand very aggressive conditions, such as almost all chemical species, hot organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, esters, alcohols, fuels and water steam up to 200°C.

The compound NEXA® PFX 9010 is a new and innovative chemical resistance Perfluoroelastomer filled with a special semi-crystalline perfluoropolymer filler. Due to its innovative and unique technology, allows the manufacturing of translucent items with excellent final properties. The compound PFX 9010 contains a proprietary cure system that improves high temperature performance.

PFX 8012 can withstand very aggressive conditions, such as almost all chemical species, hot organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, esters, alcohols, fuels and has an excellent water and steam resistance. It has excellent plasma resistance.

NEXA® PFX 9020

Whenever FDA standard compliance is required, NEXA has the right solution with its top performance products NEXA® PFX 8030(white), PFX 8025 (black) and PFX 8048 (white), specially developed for SIP (Steam in Place) cleaning and WFI (Water for Injection) systems. They grant superior chemical resistance and low contamination from extractables in pharmaceutical and food handling applications. They have a very stable behavior at high australian pokies online free temperatures (PFX 8048 up to 310° C.), allowing the use in critical applications such as Stage II Sterilization processes, where other type of elastomers lose their sealing capabilities.

NEXA® PFX 8030

NEXA® PFX 8090 used for ultra low temperature application. It has excellent Thermal Stability and Chemical Resistance, Anti Explosive Decompression. It is also used in Oil and Gas Applications. PFX 8090 is especially suited for petrochemical and oil&amp;gas applications (AED – Anti Explosive Decompression approved).

NEXA® PFX 8090

NEXA® PFX 8045 is used for High temperature applications. It has excellent Thermal Stability and Chemical Resistance. PFX 8045 can withstand very aggressive conditions, such as almost all chemical species, hot organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, esters, alcohols, fuels. A maximum continuous service temperature of 316°C is possible. Also allowed short terms excursions at higher temperature. Water steam resistance up to +275° C.
