NEXA® PFX 8048

Whenever FDA standard compliance is required, NEXA has the right solution with its top performance products PFX 8030 (white), PFX 8025 (black) and NEXA® PFX 8048 (white), specially developed for SIP (Steam in Place) cleaning and WFI (Water for Injection) systems. They grant superior chemical resistance and low contamination from extractables in on line slots pharmaceutical and food handling applications. They have a very stable behavior at high temperatures (PFX 8048 up to 310° C.), allowing the use in critical applications such as Stage II Sterilization processes, where other type of elastomers lose their sealing capabilities.
