Pharmaceutical grade Calcium Acetate can be used as a phosphate binder to treat Hyperphosphatemia (elevated blood phosphorus levels). Calcium Acetate is available as white powder or agglomerate. These two versions are chemically identical and differ only in physical form. Anhydrous Hydrogen Chloride (AHCl) is a colorless gas that plays an important role in various technologies and pharmaceutical/chemical industries. Sodium Phenoxy Acetate (SPA) is most commonly used in the fermentation of Penicillin V. Patent literature also refers to herbicidal carboxylic acid salts of alkylamines, synthesis of insect repellents, esters of cortical hormones and cation exchange resins. Sodium Phenoxy Acetate (SPA) is available as an off-white powder.
