Canvas phenolic laminate with molybdenum disulphide added as a solid lubricant. This material has improved wear properties under certain conditions. Material is semi-conductive to electricity and should no be used where this is detrimental to the application.

Hot punching general-purpose phenolic grade. Mechanical properties approach those of NP610 with improved electrical properties and moisture resistance. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

A paper-base laminate with low phenolic resin content for hard, flat surfaces. This material is most commonly used for drill entry material in the PCB industry.

Paper reinforced phenolic grade with controlled conductivity. NP843 has mechanical strength similar to NP611. It has conductive surfaces only.

A paper-base laminate with low phenolic resin content for hard, flat surfaces. It is typically hot punched for numerous low voltage electrical applications of less than 250 volts where the material is not subjected to high humidity.

Hot punching grade with excellent electrical properties and low moisture absorption. Major application is for punched parts for switches and other insulation applications requiring high electrical strength in applications where either moisture is present or in areas of high humidity.

NP510A is a woven glass fabric composite combined with epoxy resin system. It is engineered to provide NEMA grade FR-4 properties. This material contains bromine on the epoxy resin backbone. NP510A is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/27, Type GEE-F.

Manufactured with a cotton fabric and phenolic resin, NP310E is easy to machine and possesses lower moisture absorption and enhanced electrical properties. NP310E meets or exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-24768/14.

NP511 consists of a woven glass fabric combined with high temperature epoxy resin system. NP511 has excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties from cryogenic to elevated temperatures. Continuous operating temperature is 175°C. This material meets NEMA G-11, MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB and IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 203.

NP629 is a paper-phenolic high-pressure laminate and intended primarily for mechanical applications, but is suitable for electrical applications as well. The electrical properties are not quite as good as those of NP630. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

NP511EM is constructed of a woven glass fabric combined with a high temperature, easy machining epoxy resin. It has excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties at elevated temperatures. The continuous operating temperature is 190°C, in mechanical applications. This material meets NEMA G-11 and MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

A paper-base laminate with low phenolic resin content for hard, flat surfaces. This material is normally used in the printed circuit board industry as a backup for the drilling operation. However, it is also used in other industries for tooling stock because of its ease of machining and good dimensional stability.

MC507U is a utility grade, glass fabric combined with a silicone resin system. It can be substituted for NEMA G-7, in most heating, appliance insulation and some bearing applications. MC507U has excellent strength and electrical properties. MC507U complies with MIL-I-24768/17 – GSG, with the exception of some specific electrical properties. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Grade RT507 has good electrical properties under humid conditions, superior heat resistance, and superior arc resistance. Typical applications include heating appliance insulation, welding equipment nozzle insulation, heat barriers and specialty bearing applications. RT507 also complies with MIL-I-24768/17, Type GSG and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-7.

Grade RT509 has good electrical properties under humid conditions and excellent arc resistance. Typical applications include fuse tubes and switchboard insulation. RT509 also complies with MIL-I-24768/1, Type GME and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-9 and IEC 61212-3-1-MFGC 21.

RT509F has good electrical properties under humid conditions and excellent arc resistance. The “F” version is made from a fine weave fabric. Typical applications include fuse tubes and switchboard insulation. RT509F also complies with MIL-I-24768/1, Type GME and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-9 and IEC 61212-3-1-MFGC 21.

RT507F is manufactured using a fine weave glass fabric combined with a silicone resin system. It has excellent electrical properties under humid conditions, superior heat and arc resistance. Typical applications include heating appliance insulation, welding equipment nozzle insulation, heat barriers and specialty bearing applications. The fine weave fabric substrate provides a “finer” finish on the surface of the finished part. RT507F also complies with MIL-I-24768/17, Type GSG and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-7.
