Stretch-Vac™ is a red tinted, transparent, heat stabilized, blown modified Nylon 6 vacuum bagging film. It is recommended for vacuum bagging applications up to 400°F (204°C).

Stretch-Vac

NRF-5000 is a high elongation release film suitable for cure cycles up to 500°F (260°C). It is compatible with most commercial resins and releases easily.

Northern Composites NBF-400 is a green tinted, heat stabilized, blown nylon 6 film. NBF-400 has excellent tensile strength and heat aging properties, having been successfully used at pressures of 100 psi and temperatures of up to 400°F (204°C).

MTF-275 a clear/matte, is an intermediate temperature release film for use with most resin types curing at temperatures up to 260°F. It provides a very smooth glossy finish on one side and an even textured finish on the other.

LTF-250 is a light blue tinted copolymer bagging film. LTF-250 is designed for prolonged cures to 250°F (121°C) and remains soft and pliable.

NRF-2150 is an intermediate temperature range, polypropylene release film with high elongation and excellent conformability. It is designed for use with low temperature epoxy and phenolic prepregs with release applications up to 302°F (150°C).

NRF-6200 is a high elongation release film suitable for cure cycles up to 450°F (232°C). It is compatible with most commercial resins and releases easily.

LTF-350 is a clear copolymer bagging film. LTF-350 is designed for prolonged cures to 350°F (176°C) and remains soft and pliable.

PVC Film is specifically selected for low temperature debulking and compaction operations on composite laminates for removal of volatiles and air prior to the final cure.

NBF-170 is a highly flexible multilayer nylon vacuum bagging film designed for processing of advanced composite structures and laminated security glass. The film is ideal for use in both oven and autoclave cures, up to a maximum recommended temperature of 335°F. Key benefits of this film are its high elongation and flexibility.
