- THINNER S 6001 for spraying, S 6006 for painting with a brush and roller
- The maximum recommended amount of thinner is 5% of the volume of the coating material
- Application
Metal coating:
- Surface preparation before application (removal of rust, scales, dust, grease and other impurities)
- In the case of application to light metals (zinc, aluminum, etc.), it is necessary to apply a suitable adhesive bridge
- 1 to 2 coats of synthetic base paint, e.g. SYNTADUR
- 1 to 2 times coating with SYNTA coating material
- The second coat can be applied after 24 hours at the earliest
Wood coating:
- Treatment of the surface before application (sanding, removal of resin, removal of impurities)
- 1x infuse with an emulsifier, e.g. FARMER
- Apply additional coats after 48 hours at the earliest
- Sealing (if necessary)
- Sanding with sandpaper (if necessary)
- 1x SYNTADUR coating
- 1 to 2 coats of SYNTA
- The second coat can be applied after 24 hours at the earliest
