The company, founded in 1997, has its headquarters and R&D Labs in Emeryville, CA. In 2005 NuGenTec expanded its manufacturing capabilities by separating high tech products to their own facility with class 100 clean room for blending and packaging. This Facility remains near the company's headquarters in California. To meet our expanding customer base across North America we have added two more blending and distribution locations strategically across the USA. With facilities in Northern California, Texas, and Philadelphia, PA we are able to supply our wide customer base in a more timely manner while reducing shipping costs.

Our business approach and philosophy is centered on total process integration through specialty formulated chemistries. SuperGreen® line of eco-friendly industrial cleaners and all purpose degreasers are specially formulated to removed dirt, grease, and oil. SuperGreen® products are highly effective, cost efficient, non-hazardous, and biodegradable. As defined under Sara 311, 312, and 313, these cleaning products contain no known hazardous materials and will not harm sewage-treatment microorganisms, making them safer for people and the environment. SuperGreen® cleaners are a safer alternative to the more hazardous “traditional” cleaning products on the market.

FluoSolv® Specialty Fluids product line is designed for precision vapor-degreasing applications that require a relatively low-boiling solvent. FluoSolv products are azeotropic blends of fluorinated solvents which make the solvents non-toxic, non-flammable as well as non-ozone depleting. Most FluoSolv solvent blends have a very low global warming potential.

NuGenTec NuGenTec HDS 90 is used in parts cabinet washing - high pressure spray cleaning of fabricated metals, parts cleaning, metal finishing and solvent free degreasing.

SuperGreen® Precision Cleaner is a special blend of grease –and ink– cutting, water based ingredients, designed specifically for water based parts washing systems and industrial degreasing - precision cleaning. It reduces the concerns regarding combustibility, toxic odors, worker safety, atmospheric and environmental pollution and disposal.

FluoSolv® AP is a proprietary blend of nonflammable hydrofluoroethers (HFEs) and trans-1,2- dichloroethylene (t-DCE) and alcohol engineered for defluxing as well as white residue removal. It is a drop-in replacement for defluxing blends of n-propyl bromide (nPB) and similar vapor degreasing solvents. It can also be used as a substitute for other cleaners such as Asahi AK-225 (blend of HCFC-225 ca/cb) &amp; HCFC-141b both of which are ozone depleting substances and have been banned from production.

FluoSolv® AP

NuGenTec C1000 Industrial Sanitizer for Hard Surfaces is a disinfectant - sanitizer designed for use in food service establishments, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, schools, athletic / recreational facilities, tanning spas, dairies and restaurants. When used as directed, C-1000 is formulated to disinfectant hard nonporous, inanimate environmental surfaces such as floors, walls, metal surfaces, stainless steel surfaces, plastic surfaces, bathrooms, shower stalls, bathtubs, tanning beds, chairs and telephones.

NuGenTec AquaKlean EF53 is a mildly alkaline liquid cleaner with moderate foaming tendencies for use in tank applications. The non-silicated and non-caustic formula will not sludge or scale-up. The mildly alkaline formula allows AquaKlean EF53 to be used as a multi-metal cleaner. Other acceptable materials include: plastics, ceramics and glass. May be used in solvent replacement tanks with hand brushing operations. Contains sodium nitrite for flash rust protection. It was formulated as a heavy duty cleaner to provide improved removal of particulates and organics while providing reduced residues, and fast rinsing.

NuGenTec Citra-Soy 3 is an all-natural liquid, concentrated (contains NO water) cleaner, formulated with the natural solvents derived from orange peels and soybeans. It offers environmental compatibility, user safety and low cost for disposal, all while providing heavy-duty cleaning of all surfaces. Excellent on electronics such as PCB’s (Printed Circuit Boards), flat panel displays and metal surfaces.
