Bugs are unavoidable, especially at lower altitudes. The messy splatter they make at takeoff and landing sticks to the surface throughout the flight. The more insects collecting, the more irregular the surface becomes. The more irregular the surface, the less smooth the flying and choppy flying means lower fuel efficiency and quite possibly, disastrous safety issues. That's why it's critical to have products on hand specifically engineered to dissolve caked-on bugs! Here are two solutions. For painted surfaces dilute NUVITE's CitriCut Concentrate as directed, spray on target area, agitate, and wipe-off bug residue. On polished metal surfaces, count on Nulmage Cleaner & Debugger. Dried-on bugs are liquefied and removed with a cotton or flannel cloth.

Wet Wash:
- Dilute CitriCut Gel 1:4 to 1:8* with water
- Apply CitriCut Gel to aircraft surfaces by spray or mop
- Agitate to loosen soil
- Do not allow soaked area to completely dry
- Rinse with water
Degreasing:
- Use CitriCut Gel full strength or dilute up to 1:4* with water
- Apply CitriCut Gel to surface manually with mophead/pad
- Allow to soak 5-10 minutes
- Do not allow soaked area to completely dry
- Rinse with high-pressure water
Heavy Duty Cleaning:
- Use CitriCut Gel full strength – Do not dilute
- Apply CitriCut Gel to surface manually with mophead/pad
- Allow to soak 5-10 minutes
- Do not allow soaked area to completely dry
- Rinse with high-pressure water
Vertical or Overhead Surfaces:
- Use CitriCut Gel full strength – Do not dilute
- Spray CitriCut Gel onto surface with low-pressure spray
- Allow to soak 5-10 minutes
- Agitate to loosen soi
- Do not allow soaked area to completely dry
- Rinse with high-pressure water
