Spirulina is a polyvalent active and could be used in various ways in your formulas:
• Anti-aging and fortifying active: spirulina stimulates cell renewal. Its richness in anti-oxidant molecules helps to reduce the
formation of free radicals, and therefore helps to prevent skin aging.
• Natural blue-green pigment: spirulina is the unique natural blue pigment authorized by European food regulation. This blue green
coloring property is directly linked to spirulina phycocyanin (blue pigment) high content.
