Nylene Nylene PX1719HS is a heat stabilized, high impact, nylon 6 extrusion grade resin with a low flexural modulus. PX1719HS is ideally suited for extrusion of tubing and profiles requiring outstanding toughness and flexibility. Because of its excellent flow characteristics, it may also be used for injection molding parts requiring a high Izod impact value. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 520 - 540°F at the die or nozzle.

Nylene Nylene NX1170 is a high viscosity, extrusion grade resin containing 5% molybdenum disulfide for improved wear resistance. The abrasion resistance of nylon 6 is enhanced by the addition of molysulfide. Because of its high melt viscosity, NX1170 can be extruded into rods, tubing, thin films, many complex shapes.

Nylene® 5235 SP TF BK is a Polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) material filled with 35% talc. It is available in North America.

Nylene Nylene NX3024F is a medium viscosity nylon 6 resin suitable for general purpose molding applications. In addition to excellent melt stability and good melt strength, NX3024F has excellent grease resistance, toughness, resistance to abrasion, and does not absorb food odors. Nylene NX3024F meets the requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1500 for direct food contact. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 480 - 500°F at the die.

Nylene Duratel MF27 is an unreinforced high-flow acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF27 has the high creep resistance, wear resistance, and outstanding chemical resistance inherent in acetal resins. Nylene Nylene NX1440 is a high viscosity, fast cycling molding resin. Crystallization initiators provide fast molding cycles through rapid melt set-up. Parts molded from NX1440 have better dimensional stability at moisture equilibrium than parts molded from conventional nylon. Nylene NX1440 provides for an excellent balance between stiffness and toughness.

Nylene Duratel MF3 is a high-viscosity acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF3 has slightly higher toughness than standard MF9, and parts molded with MF3 should have thicker wall sections and shorter flow lengths to accommodate the higher viscosity. MF3 is suitable for such applications as clips, fasteners, gears, bushings and bearings, and other uses where long term creep and wear resistance are required.

Nylene Nylene NX4702 is an anti-static, extrusion grade nylon 6 resin suitable for blown or cast film applications. It has excellent melt flow, melt strength properties, and optical clarity. Nylene NX4702 has superior grease resistance, toughness, resistance to abrasion, and does not absorb food odors. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 525 - 540°F at the die.

Nylene Nylene NX1731 is a general purpose grade nylon 6 resin which is suitable for molding or extrusion. It is recommended for industrial applications where the toughness, chemical resistance, and high temperature properties of nylon 6 are required but where some color variation is acceptable. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 480 - 500°F at the die or nozzle.

Nylene Nylene NX4004A HS BLACK is a heat stabilized, economy grade nylon for general purpose molding applications. In addition to protection from heat degradation, NX4004A HS BLACK has good flow characteristics at typical processing temperatures for nylon 6. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 450 - 470°F at the nozzle.

Nylene Nylene 474 is a nylon 6 specifically designed for use in rotational molding processes. Nylene 474 is typically used for rotationally molded parts that require high heat resistance, low permeability of hydrocarbons, or low creep under load. 474 is available in both pellet and powder form to maximize surface appearance and minimize porosity. Physical properties listed for Nylene 474 are for standard injection molded specimens.

Nylene 7212 HS BK is a heat-stabilized, mineral and glass fiber-reinforced nylon 6 with excellent molding characteristics and very good physical properties.

Nylene Duratel MF9-GF10 is 10% glass fiber reinforced general purpose acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF9-GF10 has increased strength and stiffness over unreinforced acetal. MF9-GF10 retains the chemical resistance and lubricity inherent in acetal materials. This product is suitable for brackets and levers, valve bodies, and other applications requiring this unique blend of properties.

Nylene Duratel MF9 UV BK is an acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF9 UV BK has the high creep resistance, wear resistance, and outstanding chemical resistance inherent in acetal resins, while adding UV resistance for improved appearance and lifespan in exposed conditions. Duratel MF9 UV BK is suitable for such applications as clips, fasteners, and other uses where long term creep and wear resistance are required.
