Its lower melting point, greater flexibility, and lower crystallinity than standard nylon resins, makes it ideal for a variety of extrusion applications. In addition, the high relative viscosity provides excellent melt strength and toughness after processing.

NYCOFILL® CPM 10 150 KNF Black is a heat stabilized and 15% Short Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon 6 copolymer compound suitable for injection molding. This resin was engineered for applications requiring high stiffness, and toughness.

NYCOA 589 is an ultra-high viscosity Nylon 6 resin for extrusion processing. It retains good melt strength even at high processing temperatures. This trait makes it suitable for blow molding and blown film processing. Typical applications include profile extrusion, film extrusion, and blow molding.
