Produced by a small community in Zimbabwe, this cold pressed oil is produced by harvesting the fruit from the tree and extracting the seeds from the kernels. The oil has a rich fatty acid profile making it a great ingredient for soaps, moisturizers, lip balms. It is high in palmitic & oleic acid making it a super antioxidant ingredient. It is perfectly suited for a direct to skin moisturizer as an easy absorber of the skin; it is high moisturizing & absorbing, natural emollient which is known to restore elasticity in the skin.

O&3 presents Fenugreek Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. This ancient oil is making a comeback! This slightly spicy oil is cold pressed from the seed & fantastic as a hair & skin oil with its antimicrobial properties. People have really seen the benefits of this oil in hair products, adding essential nutrients to hair follicles giving it extra shine & strength.

O&3 presents Sesame Seed Oil, Cold Pressed & Deodorized Organic. This ancient raw material has been utilized for centuries & for good reason, it's full of all the goodies that are great for the body inside & out. First of all, the seeds carry plenty of zinc, which is an essential mineral that boosts production of collagen which delivers more elasticity to the skin & aids in the repairing of skin cells. O&3 presents Chokeberry Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. Harvested from wild Cokeberry seeds Chokeberries are the small fruits produced by the Aronia Melanocarpa plant. The oil itself is rich in polyphenol and best used in body care formulations. It is a fantastic oil to soften, soothe and protect the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated. Its popularity is more towards the more mature skin types. Within scalp and hair care applications, Chokeberry Seed Oil helps to condition and restore vitality to the scalp and normal, dry hair.

O&3 presents Yangu Oil, Cold Pressed. This 100% cold pressed nut oil is a wonderful light serum oil, best utilized either on the skin or the hair. This nut oil stands out as nutritious with it being rich in essential fatty acids & anti-oxidants. The oil itself is light & easily absorbs in the hair & skin, allowing it to be a perfect direct application oil. The oil is produced by the Maasai tribe in Kenya & has been used in cooking & personal care application in Kenya for generations.

O&3 presents Karanja Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. Wild harvested & processed in India, this oil is a relative of the Neem Oil. Similar to its relative, Karanja Oil is fantastic for a wide array of products. Its profile is less intense to that of Neem, in that it is yellow/golden in color rather than a dark viscous liquid (Neem); this makes formulating a lot easier with Karanja. This oil is not widely known & to be honest we do not know why?! It carries so many cracking benefits, such as a very attractive fatty acid profile (high in Oleic acid), it is great for skin repair / hair repair & absolutely one to be considered for animal care products, such as grooming & insect repellents (again, much like that of Neem Oil).

O&3 presents Bilberry Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. This is a cracking super-fruit oil. Extremely rich in antioxidants, hence is rise to power as a real gem of a super-fruit oil. The oil contains tocotrienols, which are known to be more powerful than vitamin E itself which makes it a fantastic skin moisturizer and anti-aging ingredient. The oil when applied directly is an easy absorber hence why we like to apply it just as it is, leaving the skin firm & plump. This ancient ingredient (once used by the Egyptians to protect them from the harsh desert environment) has really come into its own in modern day cosmetic application. Proteins, minerals, vitamins, it has it all. Moringa is a replenisher of the skin, it brings vibrancy through its enriched nutritional profile. The antioxidants within the oil aids in the prevention of free radical damage to skin tissue (i.e. the creator of wrinkles). These seeds are most commonly steam distilled for the essential oil, however we prefer it as a cold pressed. It is not a common oil, but we love it. It is a fantastic oil to soften, soothe and protect the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated. Its popularity is more towards the more mature skin types through scalp and hair care applications.

O&3 presents Blackcurrant Seed Oil, Cold Pressed Organic. Apply this oil directly to our formulation and you have yourself a high performing ingredient. Or add it into your formulation and shout about its fruitiness on your packaging. Blackcurrants are renowned for their nutrient content so we have tried to maintain as much of this within the final oil by gently cold pressing the oil. Omega 3 & 6 essential fatty acids, GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) typically 13-17%, ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), need we go on? Its what we call a classic carrier oil.

This Linoleic enriched seed oil is a great performer, with anti-bacterial & anti-inflammatory benefits it appeals to all skin types from anti-aging through to sun damaged skin. This oil absorbs wonderfully into both the oil skin & hair without leaving a greasy feel. With a high antioxidant content, the oil is full of Flavones which aids in preventing those free radicals & reducing that rate of aging. Like some other of our cold pressed oils, this oil also contains ceramides which helps maintain moisture, resulting in glowing skin & hair.

This is no Maze! O&3 presents Maize Seed Oil, Refined. Also known as Corn Oil, you may know Maize more as an ingredient for food application. You are not wrong, but it is also a great emollient for skin & hair care products. It is rich in essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid (omega 6) which is great for the body internally & externally. Even better it contains a decent amount of vitamin E which is just the antioxidant both the oil and the body needs to rejuvenate skin & hair cells.

O&3 presents Onion Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. You better believe it… But this Onion Seed Oil will not make your eyes water! Do not be misled; this seed is not from the vegetable itself, rather from the flowers of the onion plant. You may not have come across this oil but it has been in circulation for centuries. The oil is very much considered a "repair" oil, especially when it comes to hair & skin care. Packed with vitamin C (folic acid) this oil carries plenty of punch in the essential fatty acid department. It blends well on your hair (it does not smell like onion, do not worry!) & aids in the strengthening of hair follicles & nourishment of the scalp. It is equally beneficial on the skin due to its anti-bacterial & antioxidant properties & absorbs just as effectively on the skin. Onion Oil is making a come-back.

O&3 presents Rosehip Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. One of our favorites, this classic ingredient has been building momentum across the industry & for good reason. This particular grade is call "O Color" as it is more ORANGE in color due to less of the pulp being used in the pressing of the oil. People prefer a more orange grade (this grade) as it is easier to formulate with due to less red intensity. Both color options are available. Wild harvested, this oil is handpicked & then lightly pressed to produce a golden-red tinted oil. With regards to our Canina grade, the hips are dried, cleaned & then lightly cold pressed. Rosehips are known to have a vast vitamin A & E content hence its popularity in formulations. Often referred to as a 'tonic' oil, if it is not in your formulation, we recommend serving this oil just as it is & applied directly to the skin & face. It is a diuretic oil containing trans-retinoic acid which carries many a therapeutic property. It has been used for centuries as a skin cell & tissue repairer hence its growing popularity. You can now see why it is not an oil you want to ignore.

El vino did flow... O&3 presents Grapeseed Oil, Cold Pressed. This top 10 seller comes in many different grades, so take your pick. Grapeseed Oil is a by-product of the wine & juice industry. We take the pulp of the by-product & reprocess the seeds to further extract the oil. No waste! This oil is cold pressed so carries a light aroma & light green color profile. The oil is very versatile & very popular as a base oil to carry many other natural ingredients. The oil gives the skin a silky, smooth texture hence its popularity in massage & as a base of creams/lotions & shampoos. It supposedly carries regenerative attributes so is commonly used in nutritious & healing skin/hair care products.

O&3 presents Peppermint English, Essential Oil. We offer a wide range on Mint oils, so be sure to have a scan of our range. All of our mints offer you the menthol kick you require. Suitable for both food & cosmetics Mint oils are a super addition to your formulation. Peppermint English is the more expensive of our Mint grades, a beautifully minty odor with approximately 30-45% menthol content. Menthol is an organic compound that produces a cooling sensation when applied to the mouth or skin. Try it infused in one of our seed oils, this reduces your cost base and controls the minty aroma profile.

O&3 presents Quince Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. This delicate & light cold pressed oil is a great new addition to our range. We tend to direct this ingredient towards face-care formulations. This oil is rich in antioxidants & essential fatty acids. Due to its hi-linoleic content, it makes it a super skin repair oil; great for anti-aging (anti-wrinkle) creams or simply use it directly on your skin. As mentioned already, the oil is very light making it very easy to formulate with, it is also a super absorber when applied directly to the skin.

O&3 presents Peanut Oil, Cold Pressed Organic. Cold Pressed & Organic Peanuts deliver a highly nutritious oil that delivers a wide spectrum of benefits for the skin. Due to its CP nature, it has a nutty aroma to the oil. From vitamin B & E to folic acid & minerals, this oil provides your skin with the nutrients required to rebuild your skin cells & nourish accordingly. This oil does leave a slightly greasy feel to the skin so we would encourage you to formulate using this ingredient rather than using it on its own. This oil actually got our attention at O&3 when we heard that it was being used directly on a certain Hollywood actresses skin, we had to investigate & finally we have it on offer! We have used it on hair (for scalp repair), nails (to hydrate & strengthen) and the skin (improves skin’s elasticity), there are no ends to this ingredient. O&3 presents Mustard Seed Oil, Cold Pressed Organic. Our Indian origin seeds carry a wealthy oil content, approx. 30%, we then gently cold press to produce this potent seed oil. Mustard seed oil is extremely popular in India to apply to the hair to stimulate hair growth, it certainly will benefit your roots due to its vitamin E content alone. We do suggest you approach this oil with caution as it is extremely potent, so must be handled carefully in your formulation, you do not need much.

We are nuts about Brazil Nut Oil! O&3 presents Brazil Nut Oil, Cold Pressed Organic. Collected from one of the largest trees in Peru, this oil is produced from its wild harvested nuts. Brazil nuts themselves have a high oil content and once extracted delivers good solid skin food. The oil itself is popular in skin and hair care applications. Just like most nut oils its fatty acid profile is a great source for delivering shiny, healthy hair and skin cell regeneration. Rich in omega 6 & 9, it is of no surprise you will find it in many a shampoo formulation.

The high oil content Rapeseed seed delivers a robust oil/butter that serves as a super lubricant, hydrator & due to its water soluble characteristics it is a super base for essential oils. O&3 presents Rice Bran Oil, Cold Pressed Organic. We offer a number of different grades of Rice bran so please do have a browse. All of our Rice bran oils are extracted from the bran of the rice kernel. This oil is naturally rich in vitamins, tocopherols & the antioxidant, ferulic acid. All fantastic for your skin & hair. This particular grade is Organic & Cold Pressed, full of nutrients for both the skin & internally. Despite being cold pressed, the oil does not carry much of an odor & is very light in color; so it can be used instead of a refined version if you are looking for more functionality to this ingredient.
