Ground Soil Applied

How to Use

• For New Gardens: Apply directly to the soil after turning and prior to planting. Use 1-2 lb. per 100 sq ft. Rake into top 2 inches, then plant.
• Established Plants: Sprinkle liberally around base of plants and work into soil. Apply approximately 1 lb per 100 sq ft 3 to 4 times per season. Grand Prize® can also be side-dressed or broadcast where gardens are already established. Work into soil as able. One pound of product is roughly 3 cups.
• Roses – Our Specialty: An average size rose bush will need approximately 1 cup of Grand Prize® 3 to 4 times a year. Sprinkle around base and work lightly into soil. Water well.
• Flowering Shrubs: Apply one time in Spring or early Summer. Follow directions for roses.
• Indoor Plants: Use 1/4 cup per 8 inch pot, and work into soil. Apply 2-3 times per year.
  For largest root systems and hardiest, stress resistant plants, spray with Guarantee® Kelp Extract between Grand Prize applications.
