DBNPG is a thermosetting polyester resins. It can be formulated over a wide range of compositions to provide a broader selection of resin properties than those available with anhydride flame retardant. Resins formulated with it have high chemical and flame resistance minimal thermal discoloration and excellent light stability The high bromine content of it and its ready reaction into polyurethanes make it suitable for use in rigid polyurethane foams, UPE,PU rigid foams.

Zinc Stannate(ZS) is a white powder, insoluble in water, it is non‐toxic fire retardant and low heating rate of flame retardants, flame retardant and inhibit the double effect of the smoke. Suitable for use within the operating temperature below 570 °C material.

AO 702 is an important phenolic antioxidant, which is mainly used for plastics, natural and synthetic rubber, and usually used as oils additives. With the excellent performance on high‐temperature antioxidation, it finds many applications in oil products serving under high temperature like heat conduction oil, quench oil and special lubricant.

Zinc Borate 35 is one multi‐functional synergistic flame retardant with Antimony Oxide etc additives in polymers to improve flame retardant performance, it can reduce smoke evolution and adjust the balance of flame retardant properties versus mechanical, electrical and other properties. Zinc Borate 35 is widely used in PVC applications such as carpet, conveyor belt, wire and cable, and in Nylon, PE, PP, epoxy, polyesters, thermoplastic elastomers and rubbers . plastics of halogen free flame retardant systems based on Al(OH)3 and Mg(OH)3, intumescent coating and painting, ceramic glaze, milk glass, decorative paper etc fields. Zinc Borate is also used in wood composite as fungicide to prevent from decay fungi and subterranean termites . ZB200 grade's particle size is the smallest, it is recommended to wire and cable applications that need much fine particle size fields.

DLTDP is a good auxiliary antioxidant and is widely used in polypropylene, polyehylene, polyvinyl chloride, ABS rubber and lubricating oil. It can be used in combination with phenolic antioxidants to produce synergistic effect, and to prolong the life of the final products.

MPP is mainly used in PA and PBT, especially PA6, PA66, glass fiber‐reinforced PA6,PA66.Nylon containing .MPP can be used in all kind of injection and extrusion process and meet all kind of processing demands of polyamide, glass fiber polyamide.

TBPA Diol is a reactive fire redardant, this product is mainly used for rigid polyurethane foam,adhesion agent and paint.

LS 770 is recommended to be used in polypropylene, impact modified PP(TPO),EPDM, polystyrene ,impact polystyrene ABS,SAN,ASA and polyurethanes and is also effective in polyamides and polyacetals. LS 770 is a low molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer that provides excellent light stability for thick sections and films in the recommended substrates. Benefits of using LS770 is the high light‐stabilizing performance, particularly in PP thick sections. It has broad compatibility and can be easily dispersed. The recommended concentrations range between 0.1% and 0.5%,depending on the substrate, processing conditions and application. The optimum level is substrate and application specific. Extensive performance data of LS 770 in various substrates and for various applications is available upon request.

TBP is a 2,4,6‐Tribromophenol that is is reactive and additive with good thermal stability. It was mainly used in epoxy resin and polyurethane etc.

AO 1076 is a nonpolluting nontoxic Antioxidant with good heat‐resisting and water‐extracting performance. Widely applied to polyolefine, polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, ABS resin，synthesize rubber and petroleum product, often used with DLTP for promoting the antioxidative effect.

APP‐204 is a product based on ammonium polyphosphate. The crystal modification is phase II. It is manufactured from APP‐201 by micro‐encapsulation with Silicon according to own method. APP‐204 is a fine‐particle white powder with very low solubility in water, even at elevated temperatures. It is completely insoluble in organic solvents. RDP is a halogen‐free phosphate ester flame retardant used in engineered resins, whose superiority is demonstrated in low volatility and high heat stability that that can tolerate high temperature processing required of many engineered resins. It can be recommended as flame retardant for PC/ABS, PPO/HIPS.

Light stabilizer 791 is a synergistic mixture of Light stabilizer 944 and Light stabilizer 770. It is an excellent UV stabilizer especially for PP thick sections, which offers excellent surface protection. It also shows high stabilization efficiency in PP tapes. Light stabilizer 791 areas of application are PP, PP/EPDM and PP/PE/EPDM blend (TPO’s). Light stabilizer 791 is an excellent UV stabilizer for thick sections.The synergism between the high and low molecular weight HALS components of Light stabilizer 791guarantees maximum protection for the polymer against degradation from UV radiation and long‐term heat exposure.

TBNPA is a reactive flame retardant containing appox. 73% aliphatic bromine. It combines a high bromine content with exceptional stability and is particularly suitable where thermal. hydrolytic and light stability are required. Major uses of it are as a reactive intermediate for high molecular weight flame retardants, particularly in combination with phosphorus. and as a reactive flame retardant for polyurethanes where its high solubi1ity in the system makes it especially useful. It reacts through its single hydroxyl function to form pendant urethane groups. Its high bromine content and good compatibility in CFC‐free PU systems enables high standards of fire retardancy to be reached together with good foam properties in both rigid and flexible PU.

TEP is a additive flame retardant. Use as fire‐retardant,strength agent of rubber,plastic and the material of pesticides,aging and steady agent of resin.

APP‐205 is a non‐halogenated flame retardant based on APP‐201 which develops its effectiveness through phosphorus / nitrogen synergism. When incorporated into thermoplastics, it exhibits high processing stability. APP‐205 differs in its mode of action from chlorineor bromine‐containing flame retardants by achieving its effect through intumescence. The thermoplastic material foams on exposure to flame. The carbon foam layer so formed protects the polymer through its heat‐insulating effect, reduces fur‐ther oxygen access and prevents dripping of the thermoplastic. APP‐205 may be used in poly‐propylene, PP‐copolymers and PP‐blends.

TPP is a non‐halogen flame retardant plasticizer for phenolic resin‐based, copper clad laminate, cellulose resin, vinyl resin and rubber, and some engineering plastics such as PPO.

IPPP35 is halogen‐free flame retardant phosphate ester plasticizer, the two will not pollute the environment; in the viscosity of the phosphate species is the lowest, the highest phosphorus content of a model. This product is colorless and transparent, good compatibility, but also by both flame‐retardant plastic, flame retardant and plasticized material in between play a balancing role, so raw materials can change their character and physical properties, widely for fabric coating, circuit boards, flooring, textiles, PVC, phenolic resin, and other fields.

FR-245 is a brominated cyanurate is a proprietary, additive flame retardant. The combination of aromatic bromine and cyanurate provides high FR efficiency and good thermal stability. A major use in ABS and HIPS. It combines good UV, impact and flow properties. It is non blooming.

FR‐HF‐4 is an additive flame retardant used in flexible polyurethane foams,whose superiority is demonstrated in very low scorch, low volatility, excellent hydrolytic stability, low fogging and processing characteristics. Foams containing the product exhibit good compression set and IFD properties.

LS 622 is a hindered amine light stabilizer. It is used in light aging inhibition of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, metaformaldehyde, polyamine and polyester, also in ABS and engineering plastics.

AO 2246 is a high‐efficiency nonpolluting Antioxidant , applicable to the manufacture of synthetic rubber, latex and natural rubber, being one of excellent phenol Antioxidants. It is applicable to light colored or colored rubber product. In plastic industry, this product can prevent the thermal aging and light aging of polyester chlornamee,polystyrene,ABS resin, polyoxymethylene and cellulose resin with the dosage of 0.5‐1%.

BDP is a halogen‐free bisphosphate flame retardant used in engineered resins, and its superiority is demonstrated in low volatility, excellent hydrolytic stability, and high thermal stability that can tolerate high processing temperature required for engineered resins. It is recommended for use in PC/ABS, mPPO, epoxy resins .

CEPPA is one kind of environment‐friendly fire retardant, it can be used permanent flame retarding modification of polyester, and the spinnability of flame retarding polyester is similar to PET, thus it can be used in all kinds of spinning system, with features as excellent thermal stability, no decompound during spinning and no smell. It can be used in all the application fields of PET to improve antistatic capacity of polyester. The dosage for copolymerization of PTA and EG is 2.5~4.5%, the phosphorus assay of flame retarding polyester sheet is 0.35‐0.60%, and the LOI of flame retarding products is 30~36%.

FR-680 is an outstanding flame retardant for HIPS, ABS, polycarbonate, thermoplastic, elastomers, unsaturated polyesters, adhesives, coatings, and textiles. And it is especially efficient for applications in which thermal stability at high processing temperatures is important.

FR‐690 is a chlorinated phosphate flame retardant used in rigid and flexible polyurethane foams, whose superiority is demonstrated in good stability. It can readily be used to meet the fire safety standards such as California TB 117, FMVSS 302, UL94 HF 1, British BS 5852, DIN 75200 and CSE RF4 Class 1.

TCEP can be used as fire retardant for PVC, soft or hard foam polyurethane, cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose paint, flame‐resisting rubber & rubber conveyer belt. Besides self‐extinguishing character, it can impove other performances of product, such as water proof, element resistance, antistatic performance, soft feeling. It can also be used as special pressure additives for lube, gasoline additives and heat cooling agent of magnesium.

APP‐201 is a fine‐particle ammonium polyphosphate produced by a special method. The product is largely insoluble in water and completely insoluble in organic solvents. It is colorless, non‐hygroscopic and non‐flammable. APP 201 is used in Plastic(PP,PE,PA,PVC,PBT),PU, Rubber ,Paint and coating.
