TUBALL™ MATRIX 814 is a concentrate based on TUBALL single wall carbon nanotubes specifically designed to provide superior electrical conductivity to thermoplastic materials (PVC), while retaining mechanical properties and minimally impacting the host matrix. TUBALL™ MATRIX 814 is available in flakes with a pasty texture form. TUBALL™ is a unique single wall carbon nanotube additive from OCSiAl that provides electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage with minimal impact on the rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix

TUBALL™ MATRIX 814

Tuball™ Matrix 601 is a line of concentrates based on TUBALL™ single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) produced by OCSiAl. TUBALL™ MATRIX concentrates are available in several matrixes, are easy to handle, and can be processed using standard equipment. Depending on the TUBALL™ MATRIX percentage in the final compound and the processing conditions and other system components, the volume resistivity can be adjusted within the range 101–108 Ω·cm. TUBALL™ is a unique SWCNT additive that provides electrical conductivity at low dosages not achievable with any standard conductive additive. These low dosages enable the electrical resistivity of the material to be reduced with minimal impact on the host matrix, including retaining and even improving mechanical properties, minimally increasing the density, and limiting any influence on the rheological properties and color. TUBALL™ MATRIX 601 is a concentrate specifically designed to provide superior electrical conductivity to silicone compounds (LSR – liquid silicone rubber, RTV – room temperature vulcanized rubber) while retaining mechanical properties and minimally impacting the host matrix.

Tuball™ Matrix 605 is a line of concentrates based on TUBALL™ single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) produced by OCSiAl. TUBALL™ MATRIX concentrates are available in several matrixes, are easy to handle, and can be processed using standard equipment. Depending on the TUBALL™ MATRIX percentage in the final compound and the processing conditions and other system components, the volume resistivity can be adjusted within the range &lt;10–1011 Ω·cm. TUBALL™ is a unique SWCNT additive that provides electrical conductivity at low dosages not achievable with any standard conductive additive. These low dosages enable the electrical resistivity of the material to be reduced with minimal impact on the host matrix, including retaining and even improving mechanical properties, minimally increasing density, and limiting the influence on the rheological properties and color. TUBALL™ MATRIX 605 is a concentrate specifically designed to provide superior electrical conductivity to silicone compounds (HCR — high consistency rubber) while retaining mechanical properties and minimally impacting the host matrix.

TUBALL™ MATRIX concentrates are available in several matrixes, are easy to handle, and can be processed using standard equipment. Tuball™ Matrix 603 is a single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) in rubbers is based on creating an additional 3D network, embedded into the rubber matrix. Even low dosages have the effect of toughening the polymer, improving cohesion strength and fatigue properties, reducing hysteresis losses, and adding electrical conductivity. TUBALL™ MATRIX 603 is a series of industrial modifiers based on TUBALL™ SWCNTs and oil plasticisers. TUBALL™ MATRIX 603 for rubber products is a versatile masterbatch designed to enhance the physical and mechanical properties of rubbers and to contribute to the required electrical conductivity properties. The versatility of the product lies in its potential to be utilized in blends of other rubber and filler products without having to adjust the formulation or technological process. TUBALL™ MATRIX 603 for rubber products is an oil that contains up to 10 wt.% of TUBALL™ SWCNTs.

TUBALL™ MATRIX 202 is available in flakes with a pasty texture form. TUBALL™ is a unique single wall carbon nanotube additive from OCSiAl that provides electrical conductivity at ultra-low dosage with minimal impact on the rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix.
