Applications & Uses

Application Technique
Fungicide Target Species
Mode Of Action

Terraclor 400 works by inhibiting lipid peroxidation. Terraclor 400 works primarily as a preventative agent through contact activity, and should be applied before disease symptoms appear in order to achieve optimum results. However, Terraclor 400 has curative properties as well.

Use Sites

Terraclor 400 may be used on ornamental plants grown in commercial greenhouses, shadehouses, and nurseries. Terraclor 400 binds rapidly to organic matter. Irrigation will not wash it off.

Application Rates

Terraclor 400 should be soil applied as a drench or incorporated thoroughly into the soil for best results. As a drench, apply 6-12 fl. oz. per 100 gal. over an area of 400 to 800 sq. ft. depending on depth of control desired. See label for more details.

Terraclor 400 may be applied as a foliar spray for control of magnolia leaf spot.

Pressure rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank and continue to drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Hold container upside down over application equipment or mix tank or collect rinsate for later use or disposal. Insert pressure rinsing nozzle in the side of the container, and rinse at about 40 PSI for at least 30 seconds. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. For containers larger than 5 gallons:
