Liquid-O-Ring

GX® 824 are sulfonated fluids that provide fast cooling and cutting capabilities to meet a wide range of anti-weld and lubrication requirements. GX® Premium Cutting Oils provide excellent cooling of cutting tools, thus reducing heat generation and extending tool life. GX® Premium Cutting Oils contain a combination of additives to provide moderate to severe service for fast and smooth metal removal, better surface finish, consistency, and long tool life. GX® Premium Cutting Oils prevent rust, corrosion, and oxidation to finished metal surfaces.

GX® 824

Liquid-O-Ring® 153M is a multipurpose grease manufactured with molybdenum disulfide. 153M Molygard offers increased protection against mechanical shear. It contains rust and corrosion additives as well as oxidation inhibitors enhancing the performance of this multipurpose grease. 153M Molygard contains extreme pressure additives for increased load carrying capabilities and anti-wear properties for effective performance under high load conditions. With a dropping point of 352°F (177°C), 153M Molygard is recommended for applications requiring stability, and where high-temperature and film forming properties are required.

Liquid-O-Ring® PM10080W90 is a heavy-duty, premium gear oil manufactured using highly-refined paraffinic base oils. PM100 Gear Oil is formulated with outstanding extreme pressure (EP) characteristics and load-carrying properties intended for use in all gearboxes. Extreme conditions, extended running times, and inclement weather conditions, are common in on and off-road operations—PM100 Gear Oil was developed to protect gears from major problems, particularly water contamination, overheating, heavy loads, and wear. PM100 Gear Oil exceeds the demands placed on gear oil used in automotive and heavy-duty equipment.

Liquid-O-Ring® PM10080W90

Liquid-O-Ring® PM600MN1 is a heavy-duty, all-purpose lubricant made with moly. It is tacky and has very high shockabsorbing abilities. PM600M is manufactured with exceptional adhesive and cohesive properties, allowing longer service intervals. PM600M forms a lubricating film that prevents metal-to-metal contact and reduces operating temperatures. It is non-melting, water resistant, and protects against corrosion as it lubricates. PM600M is available in NLGI grades 1, 2, and 3.

Liquid-O-Ring® 3602 is a sulfonated oil that provides fast cooling and cutting capabilities and meets a wide range of anti-weld and lubrication requirements. 3602 Premium Heavy-Duty Cutting Oil provides excellent cooling of cutting tools, thus reducing heat generation and extending tool life. 3602 Premium Heavy-Duty Cutting Oil contains a combination of additives to provide moderate to severe service for fast and smooth metal removal, better surface finish, consistency, and long tool life. 3602 Premium Heavy-Duty Cutting Oil prevents rust, corrosion, and oxidation to finished metal surfaces. The excellent defoaming agents reduce loss of coolant.

Liquid-O-Ring® PM100L is a heavy-duty, premium, industrial quality gear oil manufactured using highlyrefined paraffinic base oils. Made with LIQUILON®*, PM100L is formulated with outstanding extreme pressure (EP) characteristics and load-carrying properties intended for use in heavy-duty gearboxes. Extreme conditions like extended running times and inclement weather conditions are commonplace in today’s manufacturing and oilfield industries. PM100L was developed to protect gears from major problems particularly water contamination, overheating, heavy loads, and wear. PM100L exceeds the demands placed on gear oil used in automotives and heavy-duty equipment.

Liquid-O-Ring® 751 is an industrial multi-purpose gear lubricant with load carrying ability and water separating characteristics. It coats all parts of the gearbox; eliminating water contact and preventing corrosion. 751 Gear Oil allows minimum viscosity change, extends the service life of gearboxes, and reduces downtime. Extreme pressure properties allow 751 Gear Oil to lubricate gears resulting in smoother and quieter running, cooler gears, and longer overhaul intervals.

Liquid-O-Ring® 166 is a synthetic, biodegradable grease that has extreme pressure characteristics and excellent resistance to washout. It is effective in operating temperatures &gt;500°F (260°C). Liquid- O-Ring 166 performs well under heavy loads, provides outstanding structural stability, and has excellent anti-fretting capability under oscillatory and vibratory conditions.

Liquid-O-Ring® PM800 is a heavy-duty, high temperature, allpurpose lubricant. It is sightly tacky and has a high melting point of +500°F (260°C). PM800 is manufactured with slight adhesive and cohesive properties, allowing longer service intervals. PM800 forms a lubricating film that prevents metal-to-metal contact and reduces operating temperatures. It is water resistant and protects against corrosion as it lubricates.
