Properties & Advantages: Miscible with all mineral oils used in hydraulic and lubrication systems.

High detergent and dispersant power in order to guarantee proper cleaning of the circuit, dissolving sludge, lacquers, deposits and impurities adhered to the circuit.

It allows for the cleaning of pipes and circuits without the need for dismantling.

With its high lubricating power, it does not harm the mechanisms of machines or circuits.

Free of compounds that may affect metal surfaces, or joints and seals.

Application Area: Hydraulic Circuits,

Applications: Cleaning of all types of hydraulic circuits, of general lubrication, speed reducers, hydraulic transmissions, tanks, oil pipelines, etc.
Instruction For Use: It can be used pure or diluted at 5% in the oil of the circuit to be cleaned.

Drain the oil from the machines or hydraulic controls and remove the filters.

If used pure, fill it with the minimum quantity of Masterclean CL5 so that the pump works properly and start the machine, without load, for half an hour.

If diluted at 5% (or more depending on the amount of dirt in the circuit) in the oil of the circuit to be cleaned, keep it in circulation for 48 hours at 50 - 60oC, in the case of hydraulic circuits.

Replace the filters, empty and fill tanks with the corresponding hydraulic oils.

Small amounts of Masterclean CL5 that may remain in the circuits are perfectly miscible and do not impair their proper functioning. It can be used several times. Decant and filter it with a mesh filter.

It can be used preventively in those circuits that get dirty easily, adding 1% Masterclean CL5 to the oil contained in the circuit, thus keeping the system clean continuously.
