PETOL

PETOL 28-2LM is a PPG, with a molecular weight of 4000, with low unsaturation, synthesized with double metal cyano complex catalyst. The product is acidified slightly with phosphoric acid.

Petol PZ 400-5G is a high functional polyether polyol, a general purpose standard polyol for rigid polyurethane foams used in various rigid applications (sandwich panels, appliances, refrigerators, doors) and thermal insulation applied by spray technique.

PETOL 48-3 MB is a heteropolymer triol, with nominal molecular weight of 3500 designed for the manufacture of conventional flexible slabstock polyurethane foams. PETOL 48-3 MB can be used with or without auxiliary blowing agent to produce a wide range of foam grades, ranging from low to high density. It is a BHT-free product that can be processed on all new standard slabstock machinery.

PETOL 400-3 is a polyoxypropylene triol, 420-average molecular weight. It is a low viscosity polyol used in polyol blends for rigid polyurethane foam applications. If blended with other PETOL polyols, it can vary physical and mechanical characteristics of semi-rigid and rigid polyurethane foams. PETOL 400-3 is also used in the production of adhesives and coatings.

PETOL PZ 360-4G is a medium functional polyether-polyol with low viscosity. PETOL PZ 360-4G is used especially in polyol blends with high water levels for rigid polyurethane foam applications (wood imitation, conventional insulation applications).

PETOL 56-3 is a homopolymer triol, with nominal 3000 molecular weight, designed to increase the hardness of flexible foams and to produce CME (Combustion Modified Ether) flexible polyurethane foams. PETOL 56-3 is a BHT-free product that can be processed on various foam machines. PETOL 56-3 can also be used in polyol blends for rigid foams production.

PETOL 120-2 is a high purity polyoxypropylene glycol, with a molecular weight of 1000. PETOL 120-2 is a diol homopolymer and the product is not acidified.

PETOL 250-2 is a high purity polyoxypropylene glycol, 400 molecular weight. PETOL 250-2 is a diol homopolymer and the product is not acidified.

Petol PA 640-4 E is a polyether polyol with medium functionality, 4, obtained by propoxilation of Ethylene Diamine under catalyst conditions.

Petol PZ 480-4G polyether polyol is a medium functional polyether polyol designed to obtain rigid polyurethane foams. It is used as a standard polyol for various rigid applications such as rigid block foams, pipes and panels insulation, through continuous and discontinuous processes.

Petol PA 500-5D is a highly reactive aliphatic amine polyether polyol, used in blending with other polyols for the production of rigid polyurethane foams for thermal insulation applied by spraying technique (roofs, floors, ceilings) or by molding technique (refrigerators, freezers, panels). Petol PA 500-5D has an auto-catalytic activity and thus reduces the catalyst requirements. It has a good compatibility with alkanes (n-pentane, cyclopentane) and also with HCFC.

PETOL PP 131 is a non-reactive polymer polyol with about 13% solid content and 3500 average molecular weight of standard polyol, designed for the production of enhanced load bearing flexible polyurethane slabstock foams. PETOL PP 131 is a BHT-free product and can be used both with and without auxiliary blowing agent to produce a wide range of foam grades, from low to high density.

PETOL PP 151 is a non-reactive polymer polyol with about 15% solid content and 3500 average molecular weight of standard polyol, designed for the production of enhanced load bearing flexible polyurethane slabstock foams. PETOL PP 151 is a BHT-free product and can be used both with and without auxiliary blowing agent to produce a wide range of foam grades, from low to high density.

Petol PP 201 is a non-reactive polymer polyol, with a content of about 20% solid substance and with 3500 average molecular weight of base polyol, designed for the production of high hardness flexible slabstock foams. It is a BHT-free product and can be used with or without auxiliary blowing agent to produce a wide range of foam grades, from low to high density.

PETOL PP 251 is a non-reactive polymer polyol with about 25% solid content and 3500 average molecular weight of standard polyol, designed for the production of enhanced load bearing flexible polyurethane slabstock foams. PETOL PP 251 can be used individually or blended with other polyols.

PETOL PP 271 is a non-reactive polymer polyol with about 27% solid content and 3500 average molecular weight of standard polyol, designed to obtain enhanced load bearing slabstock flexible foams. PETOL PP 271 can be used individually or blended with other polyols.

PETOL PP 2725 is a reactive polymer polyol with about 25% solid content and an approximate 4700 average molecular weight of standard polyol, designed to obtain high resilience flexible polyurethane foams (HR).

Petol PP 401 is a non-reactive polymer polyol, with about 40% solid content and 3500 average molecular weight of standard polyol, designed to obtain enhanced load bearing flexible slabstock foams. PETOL PP 401 can be used individually or blended with other polyols.

Petol PP 451 is a non-reactive polymer polyol, with about 45% solid content and 3500 average molecular weight of standard polyol, designed to obtain enhanced load bearing flexible slabstock foams. PETOL PP 451 can be used individually or blended with other polyols.

Petol PS 460-5P is a polyether polyol obtained by propoxilation of propylene glycol - sorbite mixture under catalyst conditions.

Petol PS 480-6 is a polyether polyol with high functionality, 6, obtained by propoxilation of sorbitol in basic catalyze.

Petol PS 500-4G is a polyether polyol obtained by propoxilation of glycerin - sorbite mixture under catalyst conditions.

Petol PS 500-5G is a polyether polyol obtained by propoxilation of glycerin - sorbite mixture under catalyst conditions.

PETOL 110-2A is a polyoxypropylene glycol with 1000 molecular weight. PETOL 110-2A is a homopolymer. The product is acidified by the supplier and does not request acidification by the customer.

It is a reactive polyether triol, with a high content of ethylene oxide, with a nominal molecular weight of 4500, designed for soft and supersoft flexible polyurethane foams slabstock production and as cell opener for high resilience flexible foams. Due to the high content of ethylene oxide product is opalescent.

PETOL 160-3 is a polyoxypropylene triol, 1055 average molecular weight. It is the standard polyol for one-component spray foams.

PETOL 250-2A is a high purity polyoxypropylene glycol, 400 molecular weight. PETOL 250-2A is a diol homopolymer. The product is acidified by the supplier and does not request acidification by the customer.

PETOL 250-3 is a polyoxypropylene triol, 670-average molecular weight. This polyether triol is used in the manufacture of rigid, semi-rigid and special flexible polyurethane foams. If blended with other PETOL polyols, it can vary physical and mechanical characteristics of semi-rigid and rigid polyurethane foams. The product is also used in blends for applications used in the production of coatings, adhesives and casting elastomers.

PETOL 28-3B is a tri-functional highly reactive polyether polyol, with a 6000 nominal molecular weight designed for obtaining high resilience flexible polyurethane foams. Due to the high content of EO, the product may become opalescent at temperatures below 30°C. PETOL 28-3B results from the addition of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to glycerin, under base catalysis.

PETOL 36-3BR is a high reactivity capped triol, nominal 4700 molecular weight, designed for cold- cure flexible molded foams and semi-rigid foams. PETOL 36-3BR has a high content of primary hydroxyl groups and is normally used in TDI/MDI or MDI blend formulations. Because of high Eo content, the product may render opalescent, at temperatures below 30° C.

PETOL 46-3MB is a heteropolymer triol, nominal 3600 molecular weight designed for the manufacture of conventional, soft and super soft flexible slabstock polyurethane foams. PETOL 46-3MB is a BHT-free product that can be processed on all standard slabstock machinery.

PETOL 48-3S is a heteropolymer triol, with nominal molecular weight of 3500, with low monol content, developed for the manufacture of conventional flexible slabstock polyurethane foams. PETOL 48-3S can be used with or without auxiliary blowing agent to produce a wide range of foam grades, ranging from low to high density. It is a BHT-free product that can be processed on all new standard slabstock machinery.
