PROVESOL IF is a protein extract obtained by the aqueous extraction of soluble components of defatted (non-genetically modified) soy flour, subjected to suitable heat treatment for inactivation of antinutritional and microbiological factors and dried by the spray-drying process, resulting in a functional ingredient of high nutritional value. As it is a soy extract of the soluble fraction, it has great nutritional value, combined with good protein digestibility, conveying significant isoflavone content.

PROVESOL P 30 is a highly soluble and dispersed soy extract with a neutral flavor and good stability. Formulated with salt, sugar and maltodextrin, it is obtained from defatted soy flour (non-GMO), subjected to an aqueous extraction treatment, to an appropriate thermal treatment and dried by a spray-drying process. Free from chemical additives, lactose, casein and gluten.

PROVESOL FB is a protein extract obtained from the aqueous emulsion of decorticated soy beans (not genetically modified), subjected to appropriate heat treatment to inactivate antinutritional and microbiological factors . The soluble fraction is concentrated and then dried by spray-drying process. It is a natural protein product and indicated as a food supplement in diets, as a substitute for milk of animal origin, in physiological (lactose) or religious (Kosher) restrictions. Due to its high solubility and neutral taste, it is recommended as a raw material in the manufacture of soy-based liquid drinks. Due to process control, the product becomes stable under aseptic filling conditions. It is free from additional ingredients and any chemical additives.Indicated for soy-based beverages and soy-based powdered foods.
