PROVESOL IF is a protein extract obtained by the aqueous extraction of soluble components of defatted (non-genetically modified) soy flour, subjected to suitable heat treatment for inactivation of antinutritional and microbiological factors and dried by the spray-drying process, resulting in a functional ingredient of high nutritional value. As it is a soy extract of the soluble fraction, it has great nutritional value, combined with good protein digestibility, conveying significant isoflavone content.
