WearMaster® KG 452 is a new development in open gear lubricant formulated to provide the ultimate performance in severe applications. The base and fluid used are inorganic synthetics with temperature ranges to handle the toughest environments. Chlorinated solvents have been eliminated from the formula and replaced with an environmentally friendly mineral solvent.

WearMaster® KG 451-0 has been applied in automotive plants, steel mills, underwater dredges, marine wire ropes, fifth wheels, rock drill systems, boat trailer wheel bearings, food processing machinery, and the wet end of paper machines.

WearMaster® KF 101-220 is a unique synthetic lubricant designed to lubricate bearings, chains, slides and gears in industrial applications where air temperatures often exceed 500°F. WearMaster® KG 455 is a polyurea-based high-temperature lubricant.KG 455 uses low-sulfur base oils to prolong the performance life of elastomeric and metal components. The excellent EP performance is obtained without the use of corrosive-type additives often found in lithium-complex greases. For long life performance, KG 455 is recommended for service up to 350 °F (177 °C) with extremely low oil separation.

WearMaster® KG 453 is the ideal grease for complete corrosion control in areas of high salt and chemical contamination. The high drop point and good E.P. characteristics also make this a high performance multi-purpose grease.

WearMaster® KF 100LT Light is a unique synthetic lubricant designed to lubricate bearings, chains, slides and gears in industrial applications where air temperatures often exceed 500°F. They are ashless fluids and do not contain residue forming solids. The light (ISO 15) viscosity of WearMaster® KF 100LT Light enables this lubricant to be dispensed through low viscosity equipment without costly parts retrofit.

WearMaster® KF 35 is a bonded Moly Sulfide-based lubricant in a rapid evaporative rate carrier.

WearMaster® KG 460 is a high temperature synthetic grease. It is a highly thermally stable product with excellent oxidation stability and excellent lubrication properties.

WearMaster® KF 102 is a high temperature, synthetic-based fluid compounded for chain and conveyor lubrication where ambient temperatures can cause severe and premature lubricant failure and conveyor chain wear.

WearMaster® KF 245 is a premium product compounded for severe industrial applications where high loads and ambient conditions cause premature wear and failure to heavy-duty industrial conveyors. It contains a precise combination of ingredients including: top quality base oils, antiwear and E.P. additives, rust inhibitors and a pour point depressant.

WearMaster® KG 470 were developed as complimentary products. They are high performance greases for centralized lube systems and manually greased applications in food, beverage, drug and cosmetic processing environments. WearMaster® KG 470-0 is suitable for all fully-automated centralized greasing applications. WearMaster® KG 470-2 is a heavier grade of the same product used for hand greasing. A high degree of water resistance, oxidation stability and anti-wear protection allows these food grade greases to perform in areas formerly thought to be unacceptable for ordinary food grade greases.

WearMaster® KG 458 is a synthetic grease formulated with PFPE fluids and thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene.
