A holistic and different approach to traditional slimming aid approaches, SlimBiome® Medical contains a multitude of important, scientifically-backed ingredients to provide a hunger-free approach to weight loss.
Using OptiBiotix’s unique microbiome modulation science, SlimBiome® Medical combines three functional key ingredients, Glucomannan, Chromium Picolinate and Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) to actively help individuals reduce their food intake and food cravings and support a healthy gut.
Glucomannan is a natural, water-soluble dietary fiber that forms a gel-like mass in the stomach when hydrated to promote the feeling of fullness (satiety).
Chromium Picolinate is a trace mineral that helps regulate and enhance the action of insulin to maintain blood sugar levels which prevents overeating and reduces food cravings.
Fructo-oligosaccharide is a prebiotic (soluble fiber) which enhances satiation and improves the diversity of the gut microbiome, and in particular, the numbers of a bacteria called Christensenelleae. A number of studies have shown enhanced microbiome diversity, particularly in the presence of Christensenelleae, is associated with leanness.
Glucomannan and Chromium Picolinate are each backed by over a thousand publications and both have EFSA claims.
