Polyflo® products represent CHEM Group’s unique line of aromatic process oils that find applications in a variety of industries, but are used primarily as plasticizers.

These fluids meet all OEM requirements and are compatible with fluids of similar chemistries. Thermalfo® fluids provide excellent in-service performance and can save you money.

Thermaflo® 55 (Alkyl Benzene) is a recycled heat transfer fluid consisting of a heavy Alkylbenzene mixture of compounds for use in non-pressurized/low-pressure indirect heating systems; providing efficient, dependable, uniform process heat.

Polyflo® 110 – Pitch is a highly refined isotropic petroleum pitch used as a precursor for carbon fibers and as an impregnation pitch for graphite electrodes..

THERMAFLO® Flushing Fluid (TFF) is a low cost, aromatic oil, which functions as an excellent tar solvent. It is comparable in solvency to a flammable solvent such as toluene, without the safety and toxicity issues. TFF also breaks loose baked on carbon deposits, by ‘wetting’ the metal better and getting under the hard solids for removal from the hot oil system.

Thermaflo® G (Diaryl and Triaryl mixture) is a recycled heat transfer fluid offered for use in liquid phase, low pressure heat transfer systems.

Thermaflo® 62 (Isopropyl &amp; aromatic mixture) is a low vapor pressure fluid for use in indirectly heated, non-pressurized, closed loop applications.

Thermaflo® A is a high performance synthetic heat transfer fluid designed to meet the demands of liquid or vapor phase systems and indirect heat transfer. Operating temperature is 12°C to 400°C (54°F to 750°F) for liquid phase systems, 257°C to 400°C (495°F to 750°F) for vapor phase systems.

Polyflo® 40 is a C11-C30 aromatic mixture of hydrocarbons used as a secondary plasticizer and extender oil in flexible PVC, polyurethane elastomers, rubber and epoxies.
