For production of decorative air-drying glossy and matt alkyd paints, lacquers and enamels for wood and metal.
- Applications
Balkyd 610 S–60 WS has a good pigmenting wetting. It is applied in the production of decorative air-drying top coatings and lacquers, used for exterior and interior finishing coatings with very good drying ability, light and weather resistance. The resin is suitable for pigmented systems in light shades. Balkyd 610 S–60 WS may be combined with other long-oil air-drying alkyd resins. The recommended siccativation is 0,05-0,07% Со; 0,10-0,30% Са; 0,15 -0,30 % Zr in relation to 100% resin

Soluble in white spirit (aromatic) and mineral spirit (aliphatics), solvent naphtha, xylene, limited solubility in butanol.
