A surfactant for use with crop protection products to improve spray wetting, spreading and sticking.
Active Ingredient: 1000 g/liter alcohol alkoxylate.
- General Information
Surewet 1000 is a multi-purpose non-ionic surfactant that will improve the wetting, spreading and sticking of herbicides, fungicides and insecticides. It reduces the surface tension of the spray mix to allow it to cover the sprayed leaf surface more effectively. It is also useful in marginal conditions where plant leafs are hairy, waxy, dusty or weather hardened. WARNING: Carefully check the primary product label this product will be used with for compatibility, rates and directions for use. As this product can increase the risk of crop damage, any directions given on the primary product label will take precedence over directions given on this label. Do NOT use on fruit crops, table grapes, ornamentals, or nursery plants unless crop safety is known. Be aware that Surewet 1000 may increase levels of russet in pip fruit and other russet prone crops.

Exclude non-essential people from the area. Wear protective clothing and prevent material from entering waterways. Absorb spill with inert material such as soil, sand, etc, and place in a waste container. Wash area with water, and absorb with further inert material. Dispose of safely to a suitable landfill.
- Directions For Use
Situation Rate per 100 L Critical Comments Herbicides 25 – 100 mL Use the higher rate on waxy, hairy or hard to wet surfaces. Do NOT use with selective herbicides unless use of a surfactant is recommended Insecticides, Fungicides and Plant Growth Regulators 25 – 75 mL Use only when a surfactant is recommended. Use the higher rate on hard to wet surfaces, e.g., brassicas, onions, etc. Grapes (Wine Grapes Only) 75 mL Use only when a surfactant is recommended. - Mixing
Add product to the partially filled spray tank after the addition of the primary product. Maintain agitation through filling and spraying.

STORAGE: Keep out of reach of children. Store in the original, tightly closed container, in a secure place. Storage of certain quantities of this product trigger specific storage requirements (Refer to Safety Note). PERSONAL PROTECTION: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid inhalation of spray mist. When mixing or applying, wear overalls, boots and gloves, and eye protection. A respirator (organic vapor and particulate matter) is required where spray mist could be inhaled. Clean protective clothing daily after work. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using. Remove protective clothing and wash hands and face thoroughly before meals and after work. USE: Apply with well maintained and calibrated spray equipment. DISPOSAL: Dispose of this product only by using in accordance with this label, or at a suitable landfill. Triple rinse container and add rinsate to the spray tank. Dispose of container to a suitable landfill or agricultural container recycling scheme. Do not burn. Do not use container for any other purpose. ENVIRONMENTAL: Use this product carefully. Do not contaminate aquatic environments with product, spray drift or empty container. Do not allow spray drift outside the target area to occur.
