SPECIAL BLACK 550 regular color furnace (RCF) carbon black Amorphous carbon. Used for sheet-fed offset printing inks.

AROSPERSE® 15 thermal black is the largest particle sized DEC carbon black available. It is an extremely clean (low sieve residue) thermal black that produces smooth extrusions finding applications in XLPE electrical cable insulation / jacketing, thin wall membranes of many types and metals refining. It also works well in hose & liners, sponge applications, gaskets and as an extender for fluorocarbons. It provides excellent compression set properties.

NIPex® 35 is a low color furnace (LCF) carbon black recommended for those toner qualities which require a high electrical resistivity. NIPex® 35 has excellent properties in chemical toners because of its ease of dispersion.

NEROX® 500 carbon black pigment is a Regular Color Furnace Black (RCF) type. It offers various levels of optical density and undertone, easy dispersing with high optical density and good hold-out, excellent coloristic properties and rheology, as well as an excellent balance of properties for sharp imaging and optimum gloss. Used for printing inks, masstone coloring in pure black coatings (e.g., in automotive basecoats), for tinting in gray coatings and paints (e.g., in decoration), and for light tinting in transparence coatings (e.g., for metallic effects and wood glazing). The use of oxidized pigment in solvent borne coatings and non or weak oxidized pigment in water borne coatings is recommended. It is also useful in powder and radiation curing coatings.

AROSPERSE® 11 is an easily dispersible carbon black that is useful in adhesives for adding and improving uncured sag resistance. The high structure and small particle size also imparts excellent cured modulus and elongation to the cured products made with it. Its small particle size also improves resistance to ultraviolet light degradation.

COLOR BLACK FW 285 carbon black pigment is an amorphous carbon, high color furnace black (HCF) type. Typical coating applications include water-borne and solvent-borne coatings for the automotive and industrial industries.

HIBLACK® 600L carbon black pigment, medium color furnace (MCF). Apart from tinting and coloring, it imparts other desired performance properties such as UV protection, conductivity and special effects (thermal insulation or rheology control, respectively, when using as a reducing agent or an antioxidant). Amorphous carbon. Used for powder coatings. Offers high stability to pigment separation. Used as inorganic color pigment for black coloring and tinting in plastics. Possesses good dispersibility due to its high structure.
