It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. For residential use only. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact people or pets, either directly or through drift
RESTRICTIONS

  •  Do not allow spray to contact desirable plants unless topical injury can be tolerated.
  •  Do not allow children and pets to enter application area until sprays have dried.
  •  Not for food use plants.
  •  DO not apply to hardscapes, only apply directly to weeds growing in these areas.
  •  Do not apply to weeds when wet from dew, rain or irrigation.
  •  Do not irrigate within 2 hours after application.
  •  DO not apply if rainfall is expected within 2 hours.
  •  No shaking or agitation is required.
Environmental Hazards

For terrestrial uses: This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. TO protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, or gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. Rinsing application equipment over the treated area will help avoid run off to water
bodies or drainage systems.

HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Caution:
Harmful if inhaled. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid breathing spray mist. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly With soap and water after handling. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.

If in eyes
  •  Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes
  • Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.
  • Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
If on skin or clothing
  • Take off contaminated clothing
  • Rinse skin immediately With plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.
  • Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
If inhaled
  • Move person to fresh air.
  • If person is not breathing, call 911 Or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible.

PESTICIDE STORAGE:
Keep from freezing. TO be stored in original container and placed in areas inaccessible to children.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL AND CONTAINER HANDLING:
Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. If empty: Place in trash or offer for recyding if available. If partly filled: Cal your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
