Osterman & Company Inc. Osterlene® HD800-U is a narrow molecular weight distribution homopolymer that exhibits enhanced flow characteristics and good balance of stiffness and impact resistance. Typical applications for HD800-U include cases, tote bins, crates and trays and open-head pails. HD800-U contains UV stabilizer for use in applications with exposure to sunlight.

Osterlene® PPC04-SHI is a high crystallinity, excellent stiffness, high impact copolymer resin designed for injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming applications.Uses for PPC04-SHI include; crates, consumer applications, industrial applications, pallets, tool and tote boxes and toys.

Osterman & Company Inc. Osterlene® PPC20-2.7 is a high crystallinity, high impact copolymer resin with medium melt flow rate and excellent processing attributes. It is designed for injection molded small and large appliance parts.Features of PPC20-2.7 include fast molding cycle, good processability, high stiffness, good heat aging resistance, high impact resistance and low warpage.Suggested uses include appliances, crates, packaging, consumer applications, industrial applications and tool/tote boxes.Osterlene PPC20-2.7 meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration, 21 CFR Section 177.1520. This regulation allows the use of this olefin polymer in "...articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with food." Specific limitations may apply. Features of PPC50-2 include balanced stiffness/toughness, fast molding cycle, good colorability, good mold release, good processability, good surface finish and thermal stability, high flow and medium impact resistance. Suggested uses include; automotive and consumer applications, containers, household goods, tool/tote boxes.
