Osterman & Company Inc. Osterlene® PPC20-2.7 is a high crystallinity, high impact copolymer resin with medium melt flow rate and excellent processing attributes. It is designed for injection molded small and large appliance parts.Features of PPC20-2.7 include fast molding cycle, good processability, high stiffness, good heat aging resistance, high impact resistance and low warpage.Suggested uses include appliances, crates, packaging, consumer applications, industrial applications and tool/tote boxes.Osterlene PPC20-2.7 meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration, 21 CFR Section 177.1520. This regulation allows the use of this olefin polymer in "...articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with food." Specific limitations may apply.
