The material resistivity can be tailored to the application, while retaining the physical and thermal properties of the base polymer.Target applications include components of disk drives, business machines or other electronic assemblies where ESD control is required while retaining exceptional cleanliness, dimensional control and physical properties.

Our proprietary ExTima™ dispersion technology maximizes the effect of Nano materials, in this case graphite nano-platelets in polymer.ExTima™ GP MB PC 330 is a Polycarbonate/graphene masterbatch based on an injection molding grade PC. This master batch easily blends and disperses using injection molding and extrusion processes while retaining the physical, structural, and thermal properties of the base polymer.The ExTima™ GP product line is customizable depending on the product application and desired properties. The graphene nanoplatelets sizes can also be varied from 5µm through 25µm.
