This master batch easily blends and disperses using injection molding and extrusion processes while retaining the physical, structural, and thermal properties of the base polymer.The ExTima™ GP product line is customizable depending on the product application and desired properties. The graphene nanoplatelets sizes can also be varied from 5µm through 25µm.

Our proprietary dispersion technology debundles and disentangles carbon nanotubes without compromising their integrity.OpteSTAT™ MB PETG 4000 is PETG based carbon nanotube compound. This master batch is easy to blend and disperse using injection molding, and extrusion processes while retaining the physical, structural, and thermal properties of the base polymer.Target applications include components of structural, electronic assemblies/components where ESD/Anti-Stat control is required while retaining exceptional cleanliness, dimensional control, and physical properties.
