Assay Procedure

Spectrophotometric Method

  1. Wavelength: 340 nm
  2. Light path length: 1 cm
  3. Temperature: 25℃
  4. Pipette the following reagents into a cuvette
  • 2.50 mL Triethanolamine・HCl-NaOH buffer (0.1 mol/L, pH 7.6)
  • 0.15 mL α-Ketoglutarate(0.1 mol/L)
  • 0.05 mL NADPH (12 mmol/L)
  • 0.30 mL Ammonium acetate (2 mol/L)
  • 0.02 mL rGlDH (NADPH) (about 3 IU/mL)
