Deuteron® WD A is suitable for a wide range of applications including
- Wood and joinery coatings
- Flexographic inks
- Overprint varnishes
- Metal coatings (can and coil coatings)
The use of Deuteron® WD A especially improves performance in
- Velvet surface feel (soft touch)
- Sanding properties
- Long lasting wood grain enhancement (clear coats)
- Meat-release (can-coating)
- Dosage
0.5 - 6.0 % (calculated on the complete formulation) depending on binder, application and required properties.
- Processing Information
- Deuteron® WD A is easy to disperse and can be incorporated using a common high-speed stirrer. It is recommended to add Deuteron® WD A while stirring to avoid eventual agglomeration caused by concentration differences.
