Deuteron® WD OPE is a dispersion of micronized oxidized polyethylene wax, formulated without additives. Its high hardness and melting point offer significant improvements in anti-blocking and abrasion resistance. Additionally, it demonstrates excellent matting performance and high storage stability across various coating systems. Designed for easy use in auto dosage units, this liquid dispersion is made without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without negatively impacting coating performance.

Dosage

0.5 - 7.5 % (calculated on the complete formulation) depending on binder, application and required properties.

Processing Information
  • Deuteron® WD OPE is easy to disperse and can be incorporated using a common high-speed stirrer. It is recommended to add Deuteron® WD OPE while stirring to avoid eventual agglomeration caused by concentration differences.
