FR 6210 is a sulphonated melanin polycondensate, especially specific for cementitious materials such as Portland cement, lime, or plaster. FR 6210 is adsorbed on the surface of the particles, and by electrostatic charges (due to sulfonate groups), repulsive forces originate between them, dispersing the pastes, grouts, mortars, or concrete of cement, plaster, pigments, or forces.

Product Highlights

Feno Resinas 6210 in Concrete

FR 6210 powder or its dilution in water at 40% concentration is ideal as a concrete additive and can be used as a Superplasticizer or as a water reducer. Meets ASTM C494 Standard as type A and type F.

Super Plasticizer Additive

Concrete or mortar made with FR 6210 flows more easily in confined areas or structures where the space between the reinforcement rods is very narrow, this without loss of strength and / or durability in the material.

Water Eeducing Additive:

Reduce the amount of water by up to 35%, the benefits of using FR 6210 as a water reducing additive are:

  • Concrete with lower water / cement ratios (at the same workability) with higher mechanical resistance development. What allows the unraveling in less time and faster progress of the work.
  • It allows to reduce the cement content of concrete, maintaining the same resistance and obtaining significant savings in concrete.
