FILCO® JM 366 is an unsaturated polyester resin in non ionic water emulsion.
- Highly unsaturated polyester resin
- Non ionic emulsifier built in the polymer
- Hydrolysis and sedimentation stability from pH 1 to 6: min. 48 h.
- Narrow particle sizes distribution
- High mechanical shear stability of the diluted emulsion.

FILCO® JM 366 is suggested as film former for glass fiber sizes for:
- SMC roving
- BMC chopped strand
Application procedures:
FILCO® JM 366 can be used alone, or can be crosslinked with peroxide, preferably in emulsion form, 0.5 - 1% by weight.

FILCO® JM 366 is supplied in steel drums with a polyethylene liner, net weight 200 kg.
Storage & Handling

- Storage and Shelf Life Conditions
FILCO® JM 366 should be stored in closed drums away from direct sun rays, at a temperature between + 5°C and + 30°C. Maximum suggested storage time is 6 months from production, in the original package. After that date product must be rechecked.
