Deuteron® OG 8614 presents as white dispersions and is specifically designed for various applications, including can coatings, coil coatings, general metal coatings, and industrial coatings.

Kemsurf OT70-G shares the same characteristics as OT60, being a highly effective wetting agent essential for promoting the wetting of substrates or particles in diverse application areas. Additionally, it finds utility in emulsion systems and serves as a co-dispersant, often used alongside other nonionics. The appearance of this product at 25°C is a clear, pale yellow liquid, free from foreign matter.

Kemsurf OT70-G

BioLoop 84 L, a bio-based surfactant, stands out for its 100% renewable components. It presents exceptional surfactant properties, setting it apart from many other bio-based options. This product serves as an environmentally friendly substitute for conventional synthetic nonionics like alcohol ethoxylates. Derived from soybean oil, it offers a sustainable alternative, differentiating it from sources like palm oil. Its appearance as a light amber liquid makes it suitable for various applications requiring effective surfactant properties with an eco-friendly edge.

Deuteron® UV 1250 is a photoinitiator with 50.0% active content. In a liquid form, it serves various end uses such as radiation-curable adhesive, flexography ink, varnishes, screen printing ink, and laminating adhesive. The product presents itself as a brownish, viscous liquid, providing versatility in applications requiring photoinitiation properties.

The utilization of these anti-static additives facilitates the fine-tuning of surface and volume resistivity across diverse systems. The efficacy of Deuteron® LE 512 anti-static properties primarily relies on surface migration and the ionic character of the cations to achieve the desired adjustments in electrical properties.

Kemsurf CA, a calcium salt derived from biodegradable dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, is manufactured through SO3 sulphonation, resulting in a product with low inorganic content and an appealing color. It serves as a hydrophobic anionic surfactant, primarily employed as an emulsifier for oils and aromatic solvents in degreaser formulations. Its versatile applications span from pesticide and herbicide systems, particularly in spray applications, to emulsifying waxes and hydrocarbon solvents. With compatibility with other anionic and nonionic surfactants, Kemsurf CA maintains stability, detergency, foaming power, and soil suspension in diverse conditions, including alkaline, mild acid, low electrolyte, and both hard and soft water settings.

P.A.T 184 Photoinitiator 1-Hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone is a highly efficient non-yellowing photoinitiator which is used to initiate the photo-polymerisation of chemically unsaturated prepolymers - e.g. acrylates - in combination with mono or multifunctional vinyl monomers. 184 is especially recommended when UV coatings are required to exhibit only minimal yellowing even after prolonged exposure to sunlight.
