- Lanspec EMP906 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide on a synthetic primary alcohol.
- This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants, and exhibits good o/w and w/o emulsification, wetting and detergency.
Lanspec EMP906 is an excellent emulsifier for emulsion polymerization for systems such as:
- Vinyl Acetate - Homopolymer
- Vinyl Acetate - Acrylic
- Styrene - Homopolymer
- Styrene - Acrylic
- Acrylic Monomers - Esters and Acids

Storage & Handling

- Stainless steel, polyethylene or glass lined equipment is necessary for the storage of Lanspec EMP906 in order to prevent corrosion and subsequent contamination.
- Lanspec EMP906 can separate on standing and at low temperatures.
- May require agitation and warming prior to use.
